Unauthorized scanning, reverse engineering, duplication, remixing, digital redistribution, or commercial reproduction of our physical designs or digital files is strictly prohibited.

3. Compatibility & Third-Party Trademarks Disclaimer

All third-party trademarks, company names, brand names, and logos displayed on this site—including, but not limited to, PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator / Collectors Universe, Inc.) and Funko (Funko, LLC)—are the registered trademarks and property of their respective owners.

  • Sunny Loon LLC produces independent, custom-manufactured display cases, stands, and mounting solutions designed solely for aftermarket compatibility with standardized third-party collectibles, graded slabs, and boxed figures.

  • References to "PSA", "PSA slabs", "Funko", "Funko Pop", or related terms are used exclusively for nominative fair use to describe the physical size, fit, and intended compatibility of our display products.

  • Sunny Loon LLC is an independent manufacturer and seller. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Professional Sports Authenticator (Collectors Universe, Inc.), Funko, LLC, or any other collectible or grading brand.

  • Any trading cards, graded slabs, or vinyl figures depicted in our product images, videos, or marketing materials are shown solely for scale and demonstration purposes and are not included with the purchase of any display product.

4. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics & Usage Disclaimers

  • FDM Manufacturing Characteristics: Our display stands, cases, and wall fixtures are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies and high-grade thermoplastics. Minor cosmetic variations, visible layer lines, small surface seams, and natural material textures are standard inherent characteristics of the additive manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

  • Thermal & Environmental Limitations: Thermoplastics (such as PETG and PLA) are sensitive to extreme heat and prolonged direct ultraviolet exposure. Do not expose display products to temperatures exceeding 120°F (49°C), leave them inside unventilated motor vehicles in direct sunlight, or position them adjacent to active heat sources, as warping or structural deformation may occur.

  • Installation & Wall Mounting: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all wall-mounted brackets, rails, or display frames are anchored properly into appropriate wall substrates (such as wall studs or properly rated drywall anchors). Sunny Loon LLC assumes no liability for damage to walls, surrounding structures, or any displayed items (including graded cards or collectibles) resulting from improper installation, inadequate wall anchoring, overload beyond rated capacities, accidental drops, or structural failure of external fasteners.

  • Magnets & Small Parts: Certain display models utilize embedded neodymium magnets or small assembly hardware. Keep these products away from small children, pets, pacemakers, and sensitive magnetic media.

5. Pricing, Orders & Modifications

Sunny Loon LLC makes every reasonable effort to ensure that specifications, dimensional clearances, and prices listed on sunnyloon.com are accurate. We reserve the right to correct typographical discrepancies, adjust pricing, or cancel and refund orders placed for items listed with erroneous pricing or inventory counts.

6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Provision

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products and services provided by Sunny Loon LLC are sold on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Sunny Loon LLC, its officers, or its members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including, without limitation, any damage to third-party collectibles, slabs, or personal property placed inside or on our displays. In all cases, Sunny Loon LLC’s maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific display product in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This legal notice, your use of sunnyloon.com, and all purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of this site or transactions with Sunny Loon LLC shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Minnesota.
